Matheson, who stars and executive produces "The Bear," will be signing copies of his new cookbook, "Matty Matheson: Soups, Salads, Sandwiches: A Cookbook" at Bookends in Ridgewood on Thursday, Oct. 24 at 7 p.m.
The cookbook is designed to revolutionize how you think about the kitchen basics, with recipes like giant meatball soup in beefy tomato broth, griddled salami panzanella salad; and a sandwich with banana bread french toast with fried egg, peameal bacon, and maple syrup, according to a synopsis.
The book also features personal stories and 126 recipes, according to a synopsis.
This is Matheson's third cookbook.
